These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RC888 ("RC888", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the RC888 platform in any way — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
If you access RC888 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they also agree to be bound. RC888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To register and use the RC888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. RC888 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one RC888 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, RC888 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any balances in excess of total net deposits.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any one-time password (OTP) with any other person. RC888 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
Account Verification: RC888 may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or payment verification. This is standard practice to protect users and prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the verification is completed.
Note: RC888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any entitlements associated with it to any other person.
All financial transactions on the RC888 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits made in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are displayed in the platform cashier before you initiate any transaction. RC888 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are credited to your RC888 account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. RC888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with the transaction reference number.
Third-Party Payments: Deposits from payment accounts that are not in your own name will not be credited and will be returned to the source account. RC888 may request additional verification for any deposit that appears inconsistent with your normal usage pattern.
Withdrawal requests can be made from the cashier section of your RC888 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.
Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. RC888 may request identity documents before processing any withdrawal, especially for first withdrawals or where account details have recently changed. This is a security measure to protect users from fraud and unauthorised access.
Bonus Conditions: If you have accepted a bonus, you may be required to meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any balance that includes bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of acceptance.
Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Exact processing times are displayed at the time of request. RC888 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee specific processing times due to third-party payment system dependencies.
Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimums for each payment method are displayed in the cashier. RC888 does not charge a fee on the platform side for standard withdrawals; your payment provider's own terms may apply separately.
The RC888 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, Esports, virtual sports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been placed. RC888 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the start of an event due to system latency.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the outcome is determined; the market is suspended before the bet could be matched; the event takes place on a different date or venue that materially changes the nature of the market; or an obvious pricing error was displayed at the time of the bet. Voided bets are returned to your account balance.
In-Play Betting: Live or in-play bets are subject to slightly different rules. Odds can change rapidly during in-play markets. RC888 uses the best available information to determine outcomes; in cases of disputed in-play settlements, official event data sources take precedence.
Maximum Winnings: RC888 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are specified in the individual market and are subject to change. Payouts above the displayed limit will be capped at the maximum amount.
For cricket betting specifically — including PSL fixtures — official match results from the governing body (PCB / ICC) are used for settlement. Player-level markets require the relevant player to participate for a minimum qualifying duration; specific conditions are displayed on the market.
The RC888 casino game lobby and live casino section offer slots, table games, live dealer games and fish games. The following rules apply to casino and live game usage.
Game Availability: The games available on RC888 may change over time. RC888 may add, remove or modify games at any time without prior notice. Ongoing game sessions at the time of any maintenance window may be affected; RC888 will take reasonable steps to preserve session data but cannot guarantee all in-progress sessions during unplanned downtime.
RNG & Fairness: All slot and table games on RC888 that are not live dealer use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems are designed to produce fair, independent outcomes on each game round. Past results do not affect future outcomes on any RNG game.
Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Connection quality affects stream quality; RC888 is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet service. If a live game session is interrupted mid-round, the round will be settled based on the game result at the time of disconnection if the outcome had already been determined, or voided if it had not.
Fish Games: Fish game sessions are interactive skill-based shooting games. Stakes are clearly displayed before each session. All amounts are in PKR.
RC888 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
If you choose to make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal request.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on RC888 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
RC888 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, RC888 may immediately suspend or terminate the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. Any balance remaining in an account closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited after investigation confirms a breach.
